Each of the home’s four tastefully-decorated bedrooms has been meticulously designed with your comfort in mind. No matter where you choose to rest your head, you’re guaranteed a great night’s sleep.

The primary bedroom sits off the living room and features a hand-paneled wall, a comfy king-sized bed with matching nightstands, and a private ensuite bathroom through a sliding barn door. This bathroom is beautifully appointed with a relaxing soaking tub, a large walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, and double sinks. A 50" Smart Roku TV is located on the wall across the bed.

The second bedroom is similarly equipped, with a luxe king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large hand-tiled shower and a ring light mirror.

The third bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed and a 40” Smart Roku TV, and the fourth bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds and another 40” Smart TV so everyone can watch their favorite programs from the comfort and privacy of their rooms.

The third bathroom sits off the main living space and boasts a shower/tub combo and ring light mirror. All three bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

The open-concept kitchen and lounge make it an ideal space for spending quality time with your entire group. The stunning gourmet kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, sleek quartz countertops, and brand-new appliances.

The designated chef of your group is sure to love all the cookware, utensils, and small appliances (including an instant pot, crockpot, blender, air fryer, and toaster oven) available. Once you’re ready to eat, you can gather as a group at the large dining table (seating for 8) or cozy up to the kitchen island (seating for 4). We make morning coffee a breeze with a fully-stocked tea and coffee bar. Start your day off right with the Duo Keurig with pods from Summer Moon, a variety of tea bags, and sweeteners.

The lounge sits just around the corner from the kitchen. This spacious and inviting area makes it easy to hang out as one large group, with a large sofa and numerous reading chairs. Stream your favorite shows on the Roku-enabled 65” flat-screen TV, curl up with a good book, or get the group together to plan your next day exploring the city of Austin. We also have a fun collection of board games as another entertainment option.

The only thing worse than working on vacation is working in a common area on vacation! Our detached office space creates the perfect distraction-free environment for any digital nomads or business travelers in your group. This light and bright space is sure to inspire a sense of calm and allow you to get your work done in a timely manner. There is a desk, monitor, an ergonomic office chair, and plenty of light flowing through the glass doors. The WiFi from the house reaches out to this private space, so no need to worry about no connection!

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Getting out and enjoying the Texas sun is as easy as stepping into the private backyard space. You’ll find a brand new grill (compatible with gas and charcoal) and a table with seating for 8 is available to enjoy outdoor dining and sip on your coffee or wine. There is also plenty of grassy space for yard games and a large tree to provide shade. This area is completely fenced in to give you a sense of privacy that is often hard to find in the city.

General: Free Fiber internet (up to 500 mbps, depending on where in the house you are). Accessible throughout the house as well as separate office space.

Family friendly: high chair available upon request. Children dinnerware and games are available.

PARKING: free parking on driveway, plenty of space for additional cars. You will have quick and easy access to the front door. Please refrain from parking in front of surrounding neighbors' homes.

CLEANING: Our cleaners follow an enhanced cleaning protocol to provide a clean and safe space for your visit. A starter pack will be provided with all stays and includes laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Complimentary washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are provided.

CAMERAS: Cameras are in use at the front door, back porch and side of property for your safety. Any tampering with, removing, disconnecting, moving, or covering equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation and removal without refund.

REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters. Please consider travel insurance if you have any concerns.

***A legally signed rental agreement and $400 security deposit hold is required for all stays. The Rental Agreement can be seen under the house rules section. All reservations are considered tentative for 48 hours, or until a signed agreement is received, whichever comes first.

***PLEASE NOTE: This is not a party property, absolutely no parties! The minimum age to book is 25 years old. If you book under false pretenses, you will be asked to leave with no refund. No smoking and no pets permitted.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
